Yasamin Sarabipour was born in Tabriz, Iran. Yasamin earned her BA in fashion design and haute couture from the Paris American Academy and her MFA in costume design from the UCLA school of Theater, Film and Television. She is a Landis Family awardee for costume design and recently designed the world premier of the opera “Quake” at UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music.
