Gonzalez-Lopez is an interdisciplinary artist for theater, film and dance who has received her MFA in scenic, lighting and projection design. Originally from Pueblo, Colo., she received her undergraduate degree in theatre arts from the University of Northern Colorado in 2017. She is currently based in Kansas City and has worked professionally at The Coterie Theatre, Kansas City Actors Theatre, Unicorn Theatre, Heart of America Shakespeare Festival, and the Kansas City Repertory Theatre. In 2019, she was awarded the John Ezell International Travel Grant and attend the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space in the Czech Republic.
