Rabian grew up in the rural Pennsylvania area known as Happy Valley. She fell in love with theater and film at an early age and was constantly experimenting with fashion. She once proudly wore her mom's nightgown to a school dance. She earned her BA in theatre from West Chester University and completed a costuming apprenticeship with the Olney Theatre Center. She has worked in theater, film and dance. Some of her favorite projects include Lavadeira, Overbooked (workshop) and Rhythm Field. Her professional experience has taken her to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Dallas and Italy. This fall, Rabian plans to relocate to New York City to pursue her career in costume design.
