Mengyi Liu is originally from Sichuan, China and currently lives in Pittsburgh, Penn. After studying and working in finance for nine years, she started a new life in theater design. She designed Soldier Songs for Pittsburgh Opera, End Future Now for Philip Chosky Theatre and Treasure Island in the Frame Gallery at CMU. She is the recipient CMU’s George Kimberly Award.
